Alexa Canady

 

Canady was the first African American women Neurosurgeon who specialized in pediatrics neurosurgery. within the U.S.A 1981. She later co-invented a programmable antiphon evolved to treat hydrocephalus and abnormal accumulation of fluid within the brain. The programable antiphon releases abnormally high pressure within the brain. knowing how to design and recognize the chemicals within the brain this was a huge advancement to the neurological prospective of chemistry and science.
