Irene Joliot-Curie

 Irene has done many studies and experiments on new ways radioactivity could be used and accumulated, to list a few; she turned boron into radioactive nitrogen, produced radioactive phosphorus isotopes from the aluminum and also created silicon from magnesium. The work within radioactivity opened new doors for discoveries within nuclear fission as well, they conducted an experiment where they split the nucleus, and it released mass amounts of energy.
