Louis Pasteur
Pasteur was a French chemist and considered a foundered of the biochemistry field, his philosophy expanded in the world of the microbiology field. In 1876 he discovered a vaccine for anthrax and rabies, as well as a process called pasteurization and fermentation, in which were his greatest contributions to science. Those processes and vaccines helped to advance the current societal health concerns within that era.
