Stephanie Kwolek 1961&1971

 Kwolek is best known for making two flame resistant fibers in which are extremely strong, they are called Nomex and Kevlar. Made from condensation polymers which act as petroleum based synthetic fibers it is the manifestation of long molecule chains at low fibers. Nomex is typically made for people who are firefighters, military personal and anyone revolving within that category of the work force. Her inventions made a huge influence and contributions to science and displays her fondness of influence within the field of polymer chemistry.
